Chafing SUCKS. I walk a mile from the train to work everyday and in the Summer it's absolutely the WORST. I've heard that Bodyglide is awesome stuff from some runners. I know they use it on their nipples as well to keep the chafing of the shirt down while running. Another useless piece of info I have stored in my brain somewhere.
