In the middle of planning out tomorrow's deadlift workout now, using 5/3/1 BBB.
Using a 1RM of 190kg. 90% of that is 171kg.
Set 1: 5x110kg (rounding down from 111)
Set 2: 5x130kg (rounding up from 128)
Set 3: 5+ x145kg
Then BBB of 5x10 @ 85kg
Followed by Abs 5x12
So, that's what I've come up with using a 5/3/1 calculator. Does that seem about right to those of you who have used/are using it? The weights seem a little light, but then the best gains I've ever seen are when I'm training well sub-max for weeks on end after recovering from injury, so maybe it makes sense...
