    Summary:

    Should have gone yesterday, but had family matters to take care of so went today.

    Bench was awkward - my usual bench was taken, so used a diff one; padding was soft and the bench was higher, so legs and back were all loose which made it a lot harder.

    Got small PRs on both tri pulldowns and curls. Every little helps.

    Didn't do any back work because I'm DLing and Rowing tomorrow.

    Summary:

    Not one to moan, usually, but feel like shit atm lol. Hayfever been ruining me - waking up with sneezing fits in the middle of the night and having to get up early in the morning because I can't get back to sleep.

    Because I've been tired, I've not been eating properly either.

    Missed Deads on Fri.

    Missed OHP yesterday.

    Went in for Squats today, felt awful; tight and weak. All warmups felt heavy. Cut the BBBs at 3 sets. Blasted the Abs.

    Not gonna be setting PRs this week, but doesn't matter. Deload next week, then I'm on a cutting cycle.

    I weigh 202lbs, but don't feel healthy. I'm going to aim for a nice slow loss of one stone (14lbs), trying to maintain as much strength as I can.

    Rang doctors up first thing this morning and got an appt for 10.40am. Got a prescription for anti-histamines and steroid nasal spray. Should hopefully make a difference. If I start sleeping and eating properly then I should feel miles better.

    No personal experience here but I know hayfever can be a pain in the arse. Best of luck getting a handle on it and getting back in the gym.

    Summary:

    Decent session. Felt pretty good going into it.

    Went to lift 3x80kg as program said, got the reps, racked it and thought 'feck me, that felt heavier than 80kg...' I'd only gone and put 90kg on by mistake...

    So skipped the 1+ set at 90kg and went straight for a new 1RM.

    Managed to get 102.5kg!

    Was a struggle, but got it up. If I'd done 3x80 and 1x90 beforehand, instead of 3x90, then I'm sure it would've been easier.
