5 minute warm up jog.
Repeat the following intervals x 6:
100 meter strides
100 meter fast run (to get back to the start)
10 bodyweight squats (fast, ATG)
3 minute brisk walk for cooldown.
Relatively easy compared to the long distance stuff - and certainly a lot easier than the sprint interval training of last week.
Niggling pain in my right shin. Gonna keep an eye on it - hope it's not splints.
