Summary:

Interesting session, a lot of movements I don't normally do.

Was wondering on the CGBP - where do you guys grip the bar? I tried from the very inside of the rough and I tried on the smooth. Smooth hit the tris more, but was tough to keep a good grip and to keep it stable.
