Absolutely beastly for someone who is only 220. Your home gym is also amazing by the way lol. Do you find touch and go to be easier than resetting the weight? I found that my back gets a lot more stressed if I touch and go and it doesn't really feel any easier to move the weight vs resetting it to a dead stop.

I have done both styles of deadlifting but I do like to keep tension at the bottom whether I pause or just touch-and-go.

Tom any reason you use straps? Is this because your grip fails or because you are protecting your bicep?
