    Pic's after 3 years of training, 16 years old

    Hey guys. I've been lifting since the beginning of eighth grade, and im now a junior in high school. I have taken occasional long periods of time off from lifting in these 3 years, but i really like to think i've made some pretty darn good progress, after all, im only 16. Other important information is : I am 6 feet, 2 inches tall. My 1 rep max bench press is 315. I weigh around 210. Before i started lifting, i was 5 feet, 8 inches, and i wieghed about 120-130, and i benched around 120. So any input on my progression guys? In my opinion, i believe i need to work on my legs, biceps, and middle back. I believe my strong points are my lats, triceps, and shoulders. I know i didnt pose all of the muscles but i posted what i could. Thanks Heres some pics:

    Thanks. Main goals are:

    Bench press 375-400 by high school graduation
    Fill out my pecs more
    gain more overall mass
    trim some body fat down to give me some more definition (which i do about a couple months before summer start)

    Focus on squats and deadlifts as much as you do your bench and I guarantee you your goals will come a bit faster.

    And you wanna trim down more? You are pretty damn lean IMO

    Good base though! Keep it up
