    Anyone tried Ron Harris's So you wanna be a bodybuilder routine from the articles?

    I feel like giving it a shot any one tried it ?

    Na. I thought the nutritional advice in that article was really trivial and somewhat inaccurate. The program doesn't look bad though, although I think there are better options out there.

    I'd recommend HCT-12 id you're looking to try something. You really can't go wrong with that routine/nutritional protocol.
