    Juggs Seated Press
    95 lbs x 5
    110 lbs x 3
    130 lbs x 2
    140 lbs x 1
    150 lbs x 15

    Light Seated Press
    95 lbs x 10
    95 lbs x 10
    95 lbs x 10
    95 lbs x 10

    Chin-ups
    BW x 5
    BW x 5
    BW x 5
    BW x 7

    rest

    Conditioning
    Hill sprints x 4
    Sled drags x 6
    Tire battles x 8

    Notes:
I decided to throw the presses back into the Juggs mix. I'll still leave the bench out for another cyle though.

I did the conditioning with my son who is trying to get more speed for his football playing (Defensive Tackle). He actually pulled a 150lb sled for 80 feet (strong little bastard). The tire battles were fun... We stood my 38 inch tire up on its side, lined up on opposite sides in a 3 point stance, yelled "Go", and tried to knock the tire over onto the other person. The idea was to get him quickly out of the stance and push against resistance. It was really fun and we were cracking up the whole time. Good times indeed.

Thanks Pharm, I actually mis-typed it and it was supposed to read 4x10 for light presses. I fixed it and added my conditioning workout.

Those are pretty solid chins on top of all the other work. I remember you always hating them so for a big guy like yourself 27 chins ain't too shabby. Good to hear the son's shaping up too.

They really are. I can't wait for my kids to get old enough and show an intrest in lifting weights. That's going to be a hoot..

The problem is that my kids have good genetics on their side, so I am going to have to step up my game to keep up. My wife's side of the family grows 'em very BIG.
