    Massive work on the bench. I like the barbell rows after dips too. I can't wait to incorporate barbell rows as an assistance lift.

    Thanks SC, the 2 second pause on the bench really makes them tough. But it feels like you "own the weight."

    Thanks guys. The volume is laid out in the program. I like the way it starts light with a lot of volume and slowly builds to more intensity.

    Wow. That's pretty cool that 300lbs is no big deal for you. 5x5 and then a set of 15. Your work capacity has improved a ton over the year. I'm impressed.

    That was my goal last year, to improve my conditioning. Now it's time to put it all to work
