sorry to hear about the shoulder, hope your road to recovery is faster than mine. Pressing is still above par and squats are huge; rest up.

That's a lot of rowing. How does the shoulder feel during the rows?

Hey, I like this training style you've got going on with all the sets across. Those deadlifts last dead session looked KILLER!!! I may start working some sets across in every few weeks too.

Good luck with the shoulder too...I'm just recently getting over a 4 or 5 month painful shoulder. It's a pain in the ass injury to have!

Sorry I haven't been in here much lately. I've been dealing with the shoulder injury and that has me a little bummed-out right now. I am trying to figure out a plan and I'll be back to training very soon. I did a Juggs squat session on Wednesday, but only did the required reps because my motivation was low. Poor excuse I know. But I'll be back to journals soon and catch up with what everybody is doing.

May want to consider seeing a sports doc to assess the matter if it lingers on too much longer, hope it clears up soon.

Yeah do what you can, even if it's just running. Gotta keep off that weight you dropped.

    Update...

Getting back on track and I'll return to journaling pretty soon. It's been a rough road but things are getting better. The shoulder is finally coming around and I've found some lifts that don't hurt it at all. But, the volume of Juggs has caught up to me and my lifts have tanked BIG TIME. Even squatting 300 lbs feels so heavy and I'm only able to get a few reps. My body needed a good rest and that's what it's getting. I'm back on 5/3/1 and lowered my training maxes to give me a break. Things are starting to get better and yesterday my squats were feeling pretty good again. Can you say Hardaginer?
