Branch Warren swears by bison burgers, and I love me some ostrich, damn good tasting stuff.

I haven't read the back article, but do know the lawn mower movement on rows. But I'm in angreement saying sloppy heavy reps IN addition to slow controlled reps are good, a little movement is alright as long as you're not going absolutely crazy on the swings.

Great session OR, lots of volume. Very impressive close-stance squats! I really like the sled pulls as well, 220 pounds for 2 laps is some serious work....

Agree on the Bison meat, it's super lean and super delicious. There was a restaurant that sold them a year or two ago and I would always order one. When I went there for a cheat meal 6-8 weeks I seen they took them off of the menu so I had to settle for some lousy Beef

Ya, sometimes it worth it to loosen up a little and throw some bigger weights around.

Thanks Kibbles, I figured since the weight was low I'd focus more on the quads.

    AM Workout:

    Seated Press off Pins
    70 lbs x 5
    90 lbs x 5
    105 lbs x 5
    125 lbs x 3
    140 lbs x 3
    160 lbs x 6

    Weighted Bar Dips
    BW x 6
    +35 lbs x 6
    +75 lbs x 6
    +75 lbs x 6

    Weighted Chin-ups
    BW x 3
    +25 lbs x 3
    +50 lbs x 3
    +50 lbs x 3
    +25 lbs x 3
    BW x 3

    PM Workout

    Lying Triceps Extension
    110 lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8

    EZ-Bar Curls
    110 lbs x 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

    Notes:
I abreviated the routine a little bit to try and keep the intensity up. Presses were hard with a 2 second pause on the pins between every rep. The dips were suprisingly easy and I should be marching right up to 100 extra lbs fairly easily. The 50 lb chins were rough and the the last reps were a little shallow, so I'll keep the weight there until I get all reps in good form. The PM workout was a pump-fest.

Good thing I don't lift again until Friday, I need a break.

Hey guys. There are lots of buffalo retailers online. Prices are high though..lol. They sell it at my local grocer (kroger) but I managed to do some "cow-sharing" so haven't bought it in a while. I will say, grass fed beef is almost as good. Much different than standard store bought crap.
