    Thanks greemah. I've been liftting for many years off-and-on. This last round has been just over three years of consistant lifting I think. I don't plan on stopping again since I have most of the life issues worked out (school, job, kids, back health, etc.).

    Update...

    Weight = 225 lbs
    Arms= 17-1/8 inches

    Okay, I've definitely stalled on the weight loss plan. I've been roughly the same weight for over two weeks. Time to make an adjustment; I will replace one of the medium carb days with a low carb day. Squat and deadlift day will remain high carb days, bench press day will remain a medium carb day, and military press day and off days will be low carb days. We'll see if that gets things rolling again...

    So-So Session...

    Squats
    185 lbs x 5
    220 lbs x 3
    260 lbs x 1
    280 lbs x 24

    Seated GMs
    135 lbs x 10
    155 lbs x 10
    165 lbs x 10

    Decline Sit-ups
    BW x 12
    +10 lbs x 12
    +15 lbs x 12

    Notes:
    I was really looking for 30 reps on the squats, but I just didn't have it in me today. I was gasping and fighting for that last rep. Still, it represented a good solid effort for me, so I'm happy.

    This is where the weight situation gets really creative, it is more subtle now but will really reflect in your appearance within months - just my own opinion. Having said that, you are good to go just staying within a 5 pound weight range, whether it is between 220-225 or 225-230 for example - the beauty of it is watching your body take the shape you want while staying where you are.

    Awesome super squats!!

    Really funny you should say that, I've been noticing a difference. Even though I haven't dropped any weight, certain parts of me do seem to be a bit leaner over the last two weeks. Recomping a little maybe?

    24 reps is fine, but falls short of my goal for the session. So, I'm happy but not super excited

    Agree with Coke, its not a bad idea to try and recomp a little. Not loosing weight doesnt necessarily mean you arent loosing fat.

    Stop raising the bar on those squats! Im already adding 10lbs every time to mine and im still 30lbs and 4 reps behind .

    Nice work OR, very impressed with both the training and the diet.

    Thats gonna jump your max big time for the next phase. These very high reps aren't going to last much longer, but the pain persists. !

    Thanks HP. I hope I'm recomping a bit, but if nothing else I'm not gaining...at least until I want to

    Thanks Tom.

    The funny thing is, I recover from these squat sessions A LOT faster than the deadlift sessions. I treated myself to some Chinese food this evening. Figured I'd earned it for [almost] completing my first Juggernaut wave.

    And on the homefront, my airconditioning went out. It was 102 degrees today with no air. Glad I got my workout done early today. Repair man is supposed to be here tomorrow.

    Damn man that's some strong pressing, 13 reps overhead is killer. Awesome work with the chins too OR, +30 pounds is serious stuff.

    Hoping you have a good deload too! Get ready to move some big weights the following week
