Arms = no change
So, it's been about three or four weeks with no real change in bodyweight and no change in the arm measurements. I think I reached the inevitable sticking point. Should I stress over the last 2 or 3 lbs? I don't think so. I think I will just maintain for another week and then start the slow bulking process. Just tired of measuring and weighing every week and I don't really want to restrict further for a couple of pounds.
