    ETS and antibiotics

Well, I got myself a nasty infection that requires me to be on a course of antibiotics. Cuts on my feet led to a mild case of cellulitis. The doctor asked for my history, meds and supplements I'm taking. Apparently zinc and magnesium don't allow for the antibiotics to work as well according my doctor. This of course sucks because the ETS has allowed for some nice rest days and recovery. I'm not allowed to lift while I'm on this course. I thought I would share in case anybody is wondering.

This infection gives me an excuse to use my insurance for hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment available just up the road. Will be interesting to see if that works at all.

Depends on the antibiotics and the timing of everything that you're taking.
