Me and another forum member have a ongoing bet and experiment to see which exercises is more effective. The exercises of choice will be Bench Vs. PushUPS. The goal....To reach a 300lb bench before the other person.
I hypothesize that push ups alone will grant a bigger end result than bench presses because your moving your body through space and not the weight. My current 1RM for push ups is 235. My opponent is 255 (I believe).
The first person to get to 300, must post a video!!
Tonight will be my first night with this goal in mind and I will post my routine and weight lifted when It has been completed.
