    Question on Tuna and dieting

    How big of a role can tuna play in your diet? i looked at a small can of tuna and it showed 18g of protein, 1g of fat and 0 g carbs. This seems pretty good to me.. could i say eat 30-40 g of tuna a day and be o.k.?

    I normally have a lunch that consists of two cans of tuna and some vegetables mixed in a bowl.

    Tuna is probably the cheapest source of protein out there so make use of it.
