    My Starting Diet

    Just starting back on a bulk. Currently 163# and 5'9.

    Target weight is 180

    Macros aimed at 2880cal 270prot 90fat and 250 carb

    Breakfast:
    Egg Whites
    Oatmeal
    Cheese (a couple slices)
    Nitrean

    Pre-Workout
    Yogurt
    PB Sandwich

    Post
    Turkey Sandwich w/ Mayo
    PWO
    Carrots


    Lunch
    Nitrean
    PB Sandwich

    Snack
    Nitrean

    Dinner
    Chicken Sandwich on Onion Roll
    Cheese
    Nitrean
    Starch (baby red potatos)

    Before Sleep
    Nitrean
