    Video of my last heavy training session before the meet

    I trained at Westside in the AM as usual, but forgot my camera. Hit a nice PR, and then this is what I did in the evening at my gym. Not everyone in the video is doing the meet

    I'm going raw this time. I'm pretty close to being ready in my Overkill, but I just felt like setting it down for this one. I think I can hit a good raw PR so hopefully it pays off.
