    Jesus man just get started already. If you don't think the program will work for you, then don't do it. There's nothing worse than being on a program you don't like.

    If you're looking for something higher volume or more...idk...bodybuilder-ish, you can look at All Pro's routine here. Or you could do one of the WBB routines.

    Any sensible program is going to work well for you at this stage.
