    knee pain

    Iíve been getting a bit of pain behind my right knee cap.
    Anything I can do to relieve this-Iíve been trying TKEs, will this help, also
    Keep working on hip and ankle mobility, right?

    I know when my form gets off (knees coming in) during squats and deads, I will be blessed with knee soreness for a few days. If I concentrate on my form, the soreness goes away. I'd say to look for the cause of the problem first.
