I have been trying to practice this way of breathing.
However I have a reallllllly hard time not exhaling/taking in a new breath.
hold it anyway. i will breath and hold until i pass my sticking point of the rep then exhale, repeat.
breathing technique is an important attribute to develop,
I find it harder to breath on exercises where you have to bend over, like rows and deadlifts. The others are pretty easy to get in a rythem.
