The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

It may sound strange, but it depends up what kind of dent it is. If it is more like a 'push' where the pannel has heen recessed in a certain spot w/o any sort of crease, then it will be cheaper and easier to fix. If it is more the door ding variety where there is a defined crease, then it will be more expensive. Bodywork repairs are not really my forte, but I do know that it ain't cheap. Call around and get different estimates (as if you weren't doing that already..).

assuming its not a fiberglass panel and not a aluminum panel it could cost a couple hundred dollars up to around 500, assuming its done right. There are all sorts of methods to fix dings and scratrchs.

If the metal is creased it will cost you a lot. If its not they can just bang the dent out with a hammer or a dent puller. The dent puller will leave a little hole in the metal.

Or you could go the cheap redneck route and do-it-yourself. Just buy a tub of bondo (100 gallons for a dollar I think). and fill in the hole and when it dries, hell who cares when it dries we're doing it the redneck way slap on some paint, make sure you eye the color to see if its the right shade (wouldn't want it to look like a crappy job).
