    Eric Lilliebridge- Light Squat and Heavy Deadlift lifting video from today

    Here's a video of my squats and deadlifts from today. I usually squat up to about 500ish for a double or triple on my deadlift days, then i'll start pulling right after. Deadlifts felt easy and strong today, going to go a little heavier in a couple weeks.
