Hello im intrested in getting cut while taking test-1. What i plan to do is eat lots of protein and limit my carb intake. I want to build muscle while getting rid of fat. What do you all think?
If you eat less, you'll drop BF.

It's tough to build muscle AND drop BF.
Squats work better than supplements.

I just started working construction so i dont think im giong to gain any fat.
What do you mean by limiting your carb intake? Extreme like a ketonic diet or less extreme than that? I think changing your diet (with a caloric restriction) will usually cause quick weight loss until your body gets used to the new diet.
Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.
