    Routines, Technique Videos, Equipment and Terminology - Newbies start here

    Here's a list of the most recommended beginner and intermediate routines for WannaBeBig bodybuilders. Don't just look at them and copy the exercises, sets and reps. Really read the information and get a handle on the theories. Often the theories are much more important than the actrual routines.
