    Accessory work and indicators???

    This question is kinda random,but I was wondering this today. Here is what I noticed.

    Me:

    Db tricep exts (40s) for 10 reps
    Incline DB bench (80s) for 10 reps

    My friend:

    Db tricep exts (30s) for 10 reps
    Incline DB bench (50s) for 10 reps


    Now I know there are a ton of other factors, but I noticed im able to do about twice as much weight on the inclines, while my friend is not even close.


    Is there anything to gather from this?

    You are stronger than him? What are you looking to find out?

    you can dd tri ext. and db incline more than him, thats what I gathered

    That you're worrying about the wrong exercises???
    Best lifts @ 226 lbs

    Squat - 903
    Bench - 573 / 617 @ 246
    Dead - 727

    Dont sweat the small stuff. Lift big.
    Best raw meet lifts
    Squat:765 with wraps. / 700 raw with out wraps
    Bench: 525
    Deadlift: 755
    Total: Raw with wraps: 2000. with out wraps: 1925

    Best lifts Equipped
    1050, 840, 715. Total: 2605

    You are 20-30% stronger than him on both exercises. You are stronger, that's all it would tell me.

    It most likely just means that you have significantly stronger shoulders than him and not as significiantly stronger triceps

    Gains made on tricep extensions is pretty slow though.

    Like others have said, in the grand scheme of things it matters very little.

    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
