This question is kinda random,but I was wondering this today. Here is what I noticed.
Db tricep exts (40s) for 10 reps
Incline DB bench (80s) for 10 reps
Db tricep exts (30s) for 10 reps
Incline DB bench (50s) for 10 reps
Now I know there are a ton of other factors, but I noticed im able to do about twice as much weight on the inclines, while my friend is not even close.
Is there anything to gather from this?
