Hello everyone, the first picture is about 4-5 months old, the other two are recent. I am 19, 185lbs. and 5'9. I don't take any supplements at the moment. Before a workout I eat a meal, and after I pour myself a nice glass of milk and eat another meal shortly after. After the holidays I plan on getting on a pre- workout supplement, and protein supplement. Anyways, any comments are welcome, thanks and have a great day!
