    Does this sound like a Rotator Cuff injury?

    Right shoulder pain, kinda feels like stiffness and burning. Hurts especially if I try to make a circular motion with my arm. I've been working on my bench a lot lately and I have a feeling it has to do with that and a rotator cuff injury is common

    Could be a labrum injury? If its severe get a mri. I wasted a few months trying to self diagnose a bicep tear in my shoulder.
