This was first time really using a push sled for conditioning, and in total I did (7) runs with it.
I also had a pretty good yoke run considering that my shoe came untied right as soon as I picked up the implement. That, coupled with all of the weights falling off is why my training partner was laughing at the end.
Nice stuff mate. Shame about the shoe! At least you know who your mates are
