Pretty much double bodyweight, this morning I was 188 but we'll say 190 with clothes on.
Any critique on form would be appreciated.

Thats great man. Thats good form. Your elbows even went a little below parallel so I'd say you have more in you for sure.
One thing I noticed, you had your elbows tucked well for the negative but then you flared them out 1/4 up through the lift. You for sure lost some power there. You were lifting that mostly with your chest.
That is awesome, you have more in the tank i bet!

In all honestly, your form is pretty good from my POV. That was the only thing I could see you possibly improving on.
Here is a video to demonstrate what I mean:
Thanks for the input. I've been hammering close grip bench a lot as it was severely lagging compared to normal/comp grip.
Form is fine, its normal to flair the elbows as you go up...many teach that actually.
Eat big. Sleep big. Lift big. Get big.
Was that about pinky on rings. Is that your strongest grip width or are you protecting shoulders or something?
Well done mate.

Yeah pinkies on the second set of rings. Definitely my strongest width right now. I used to bench a little narrower but my chest dominates my triceps quite a bit now so I've moved it out some.
I remember you used to weigh a lot more. How did you improve strength while dropping weight so drastically?
