Whats up everyone, here is my idea that i might do to reach my goals.
Atm im sitting at 6'0 and 180-185lbs. For the past few months ive been on a diet that allows me to loss fat, but increase muscle, etc etc. Thus far, im really happy with the results. However, to meet my needs to gain alot of weight for football my thought is to start bulking. My idea is rough: Go once month with eating a ton, including fats, protein,carbs, etc. Then the 2 months after that resume my diet that im currently on to loss the excess body fat. And then start the cycle over again. Any thoughts, concerns, tips, tricks, you name it, is appreciated.
