    My Plan(Need Thoughts)

Whats up everyone, here is my idea that i might do to reach my goals.
Atm im sitting at 6'0 and 180-185lbs. For the past few months ive been on a diet that allows me to loss fat, but increase muscle, etc etc. Thus far, im really happy with the results. However, to meet my needs to gain alot of weight for football my thought is to start bulking. My idea is rough: Go once month with eating a ton, including fats, protein, carbs, etc. Then the 2 months after that resume my diet that im currently on to loss the excess body fat. And then start the cycle over again. Any thoughts, concerns, tips, tricks, you name it, is appreciated.

Bulk first slowly building up the calls so you dont suddenly get fat , fats are ok but watch carbs late at night . When you have reached your ideal size then do a cut it will be much easyier.

As a matter of fact, ive been following that the past few months.v
But i wanted to try something new, as I need to gain more weight and i thought bulking (to give me some building blocks to work with) will help. Ill later cut once i reach the size i want to rid some of the excess fat.
