Not bad for gaining 40 pounds. Little "update" pic. Doesn't really show much but I also have no extreme interest in flexing all over the place.
That's a pretty good looking lean-bulk going on there. How long did it take you to gain the 40 pounds?

After the queer picture above I had to man myself up tonight...
No belt...forgot it so below was all down without assistance of a belt, Although I do not advocate sometimes...you forget it.
Deadlifts worked up to a 1RM of 370 for a couple singles. Bodyweight is at about 173 which means I actually lost some weight I think it's due to the added hills after every session.
Power Cleans worked up to 145 x 1 which is a P.R.
Deadlifts with bands 155 5 x 10
Hanging Leg Raises 5x6, 1 x 15
Hills x 30 in 20 minutes.
Excellent job with the deadlifts. Also, I'm always happy to see you throwing down some power cleans.
Great deadlifting mate - 370 without a belt is gonna give you rock hard abs, haha!

Haha i've noticed but I made a promise to myself after 405 i'm using a belt at all times.
So stoked on my bench session tonight...
I worked up to 195 for a couple singles which is a definite P.R. even got props from the "retired" powerlifter. He's seen how hard i've been working I guess.
Followed by more bench 135 5 x 10
DB Rows 80 lbs 5 x 10 (p.r.)
Face Pulls 60 Reps
Hills 15 in 10 minutes.

Excellent on squatting 3 plates! The box squatting looked solid as well.
It was definitely incredible. There should be pictures of it as well. I helped a girl with her photo journalism class she wanted to do a story about my friend and I and our lifestyle changes to the iron. I hope theres overly dramatic looking photos haha.
