    Feeling very strong and well in shape. Excited for squatting tomorrow and than starting a whole new cycle after my deload of 5/3/1 with one of the new templates in the 2nd edition.

    I get compliments all the time. Apparently legs are an attractive thing? Look like tree trunks of swole to me

    No rep maxes today but the 360 for 3 felt super easy even with the shot grip. Which is a very good sign. A new triple perhaps?
