To the Pros and more experience Powerlifters
a) When I Squat and Deadlift, one rep max, I use a belt, fill my belly with air, increase my belly size and push my belly against the belt,
Is this correct ?
b) I also do that when I am not wearing a belt, is it proper ?
c) When doing a squat or deadlift, I take a deep breath and hold it thru the lift, and I sometimes exhale thru the end of the lift or when I reach a stable position
pls inform me if I am missing anything,
