I'm currently 6' 185 lbs with a 12% bf percentage. I have been doing SS, Wannabebig 1, and a few of my own routines lately. I have taken about a month off because of school and need to get back into it, However, my goals have changed a bit. I want my routine to help me with soccer and hockey. Also, I do not want to get much bigger (maybe add 5-10 lbs and lower my body fat percentage).
Are the routines on this site good for my new goals or should I look elsewhere (i don't "wannabe [much] big[ger]" haha). I was thinking WBB 3 or Baby Got Back? Which one would be better for me? Any other suggestions are welcome also.
I recommend 5/3/1, 4-day split, with moderate-high volume accessory work added in. I've been using it for about 3 months now and think it is very well rounded.
The WBB Routines are good too. Don't over think it, pick something and stick to it for 1-3 months and see how it goes.

Any will work just fine. And you wont gain any weight or get bigger if you dont eat more calories, so that is really a separate issue.
