    Running...

I know there are a lot of cardio haters here... but I gotta post this.. I just ran a 2.6 mile loop in a road race in 22:16 - thats a 8.5 minute mile!

Dayum! Sorry if I am bragging, but that's a full 2 minutes better than my previous best!

Awesome job! I remember that feeling. Dont have it anymore, but hey, good for you. Cardio...good stuff. Y'all enjoy it.

isn't that an average of 8.5 minutes per mile. the first mile was probably alot faster than 8.5 minutes.

    TryingToBeBig,

Did you have a point, that is, other than to bash the original poster for an honest effort? Why don't you go blaze one of those 5:50 miles of yours.

Thanks nate and chris, yeah I guess I was just in a snotty mood, or wanting to show that even though I suck at lifting, I got something I'm decent at.
