Went for some heavier band contrast and that was pretty tough. I didn't get much break trying to keep my sets on the minute like I normally do for my dynamic effort training. Wow, last week in this mesocycle. Very tired and feel beat up but this is good. Now for a couple lower volume, higher intensity, longer rest period weeks.
