    Bands and Chains - ME Bench *Video*

    I wasn't able to make it down to Columbus today thanks to 6" of blowing snow and living way outside of town (no snow plows at 5:00am)

    Squeezed in a 9:00am session at my gym with another training partner and then did this tonight. Good times

    Yep! Love them for squatting

    The more I use this setup, the more I like it (bands and chains combined) I really recommend it as something that really makes you focus on your tightness. The chains really keep you out of that locked in "band groove" that you often can get into, while still allowing a lot of overload at the top
