Hey guys. I never really got into powerlifting or posted here but I had a question about westside.
My best friend is moving back from the Philipines in a few weeks and he wants to start lifting again for powerlifting. I'll be doing the DT program by Chris myself but he asked me for help in regards to setting something up for him and tbh, my powerlifting experience is quite limited.

They differ slightly but I wanted to make sure they were actually good. If not, does anyone experienced have a nice westside split?
I told him to buy the Westside book of methods but I doubt hes going to have enough money to do that right away after paying for his passport and one way ticket.
