Been practicing the 20 rep deadlift scheme.
This is the routine I use
1x failure curls
1x failure upright rows
1x failure bent rows
1x failure ohp

started a workout and didn't finish it and then came back to finish it legit.
started with 1x20 pushup, 1x7 deadlift 220lbs, then did some curls and uprights.
then just finished the routine all the way from to finish.
1x21 deadlift 220lbs
1x10 pendlay rows 120lbs
1x10 curls 70lbs
1x10 upright rows 70 lbs
1x11 ohp 100lbs
upping the weight on everything next time. last time I started a log some douche banned me from the website. a real shame cuzz I was hungry to make a name for myself. we'll see how this goes on wannabe.

today is cardio/off day but instead I'm doin a quick 20 repper dead of 200 lbs, rows, and ohps. back in a bit to post aftermath.
well that was quick. 1x20 deads 200lbs, 1x15 ohp 70lbs, 1x15 bent row 120 lbs.
edit: got bored and did a quick 1x20 stiff leg close stance dead at 170 lbs.
tomorrow gonna get 250 1x20 deads and 150 1x10 bent rows
