Starting a new journal with 5/3/1. Took a long look at my routine and decided to try 5/3/1 BBB. I just can't do a routine that doesn't allow me to squat/dead/bench/OHP, and wendler bases this entire program around those lifts... my kind of guy

So, without further ado, today was day1 of BBB.

Maxes used for BBB: (being conservative, I dropped about 15% off my maxes for the routine)
