i have just about finished my 9 week westside routine and havent deloaded yet so i said i might aswell deload this week and heal up and for maxs next week, but i am wondering what i should do for ME upper day for bench i was thinking maybe some 4 board work or maybe some moderate weight db presses, if anyone would shed some light on this id be thankful

This is how I deload. Or decrease the volume while keeping intensity up i.e. heavy BP, Board, floor etc but with decreased sets or decrease in intensity while maintaining volume i.e. lightweight but with a good amount of sets.

Just take it easy. I like to do a couple singles or triples at 50%
