    Eric Lilliebridge- 510lbs Raw close grip bench, PR

    Felt strong and solid tonight. Hit a new PR on close grips with 510lbs. Going to back off for a couple weeks and go lighter and then get ready for my training cycle in 4 weeks for UPA nationals in April.

    I'm not actually "cycling" my close grips, i just started doing a few workouts in these past 5 weeks to see how much i could get my close grips up to and my first workout i got 470 and now i ended at 510... every time i did close grips i was hitting a new PR.

    And the reason i do close grips is because my triceps are the strongest part of my bench, and whenever i do narrow grips or close grips, i feel even stronger and more solid when i go back to my regular competition grip (ring fingers on the rings)

    Squat:765 with wraps. / 700 raw with out wraps
    Bench: 525
    Deadlift: 755
