    BACK TO BASICS, (NO MORE PUTTING PEOPLE DOWN )

    Anyway, I've been wondering, in the mornings I don't really have an appetite. I sometimes feel a vomiting sensation. Do any of you guys have thisproblem?

    It's usually like in the morning before 9am. On the weekends it's ok because I wake up until like 11am. I just don't want this to affect my diet. It's been like this for like 2 months now.

    I got the same thing going on lately. Not much of an appetite in the morning and puking cause the food doesn't want to stay down. So I asked my doc about it and it turns out it's more than likely acid reflux. Medication helped a bit but it seems like it's wearing off now. Don't know what to do either. This problem hasn't helped weight gain either.

    One thing I tried before was drinking milk in the middle of the night to coat my stomach by the time I woke up in the morning. It seemed to work somewhat.

    Yah, sometimes all the protein I eat leaves me a bit dehyrated when i go to bed, so I'm parched when i wake up. Nothing really sits well; but drinking lots of water first thing (even before breakfast) has helped a lot.

    I have that exact same proble. What you have to do is eat breakfast everyday. THe more you eat it the body will get used to it and you will fell hungry in the morning and not feel like crap.
