    APA PA State Championships March 12th 2011

    The wife and I are holding another meet here in Hanover PA. The meet is March 12th and we are hoping for a great turn out. If your close and need a meet to get your year started sign up.

    We will have a Monolift, Forza, and texas squat, power and deadlift bars on the platform.

    I heard you did a great job with your meet you put on. Good luck this time around. We (GSB) are putting our second one on May 12th in Richmond Ky. It is fun and nerve racking. Hope you have a good turnout!
