    Chest & Shoulder issue!!

I have a slight pain that comes in goes in my left chest musle that then shoots into where my forarm and bicep meet? Wondering what kind of muscle I could have pulled, or tendon? It could possible be from Shoulder Press or a chest exercise. Not sure yet.

Does it just come and go without any rhyme or reason? Or are you doing a specific movement when you get the pain?

MN, have you tried shoulder dislocations?

I do them before every workout for 15-20 reps or so and it seems to work wonders for shoulder health. Give it a shot?

Your biceps tie in in the same region as your pec and delt (I think that is the origin, but can't remember for sure). It sounds to me like some sort of tendon inflammation. I would suggest 1 x 50+ reps sets of both a pressing and rowing movement daily. That will help with blood flow and to strengthen the tendons.
