Hi..I want to know what whould happen, if I lift weight 3 times a week as I used to ,when cutting down bodyfat??
Will your body repair the muscles broken down by working out normally??
I mean. I'll be eating less,hence low energy intake.

no..i mean lifting every body part once a week...but split the work out sessions into 3 days a week..
