I don't do much with the videos as it's a bit time consuming (I don't have all of the top notch technology!) I figured I've got the videos so I'll post 'em.
I'm dieting for 2 contests one in April and one in May. Been dieting for about 6 weeks and it's not going great, but things will get corrected.
I'm sitting around a BW of 190 now, and am looking to get to 176 or under.
You'll see some squats in which I got 405x2 then wrapped up for 425x3 and 455x1.
You'll see some sommersault squats afterwards, which is something I picked up from Joe Daniels (interesting methods for sure). I also tried a form of hack squats from Scott on IntenseM. The posing comes in poor lighting, but can't find a better place yet.
